RiverBend is a new master-planned community in Orange comprised of six beautifully new single-family and attached-home neighborhoods. This community was developed by Lennar and Centex Homes.

History of Orange

Over the past 100 years, the City of Orange grew from a thriving agricultural center into a quaint but lively city. In 1890, two years after incorporation, Orange had just 866 residents. Today, city-planning estimates put Orange's population at over 132,000.

Many families are drawn to the City of Orange because of it's proximate location to many of Orange County's most famous area attractions like Angel Stadium of Anaheim, Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim, The Block of Orange, and a variety of Southern California's pristine beaches.

Incidentally, Orange has been expanding its population and its boundaries with leaps and bounds each year, and plans to continue this expansion in future years. Current proposed city renovations include an overhaul to Orange's famous old town area, which will include an expansion eastward, annexing an additional 7,100 acres within Orange's 60-square mile boundary.
